Central Southern England Independent Local Radio 1975 to 1990 Digitisation Project
The local radio industry has been subject to much change over the years. The result is that much has been lost. This resource, c1300 individual programmes is a unique opportunity to listen again to programmes that were fortunately deposited with the Wessex Film and Sound Archive [WFSA] at the Hampshire Record Office in Winchester by independent local radio stations [ILRs] in the Central Southern (Dorset, Hampshire and Berkshire) area. A slice of culture, politics and events with a local perspective.
